About Us
We started our business following years working and developing a detailed photographic reporting application with one of Ireland's largest residential lettings companies. Property Inspections is a Dublin based company established in 2013, providing detailed floor to ceiling time and date stamped photographic property inspection reports using a tried and well tested process in Dublin, Kildare, Meath, and Wicklow
The Process
We require three working days to complete move in / move out inspection reports. This includes collecting keys from the agent or landlord and returning keys from move in / move out reports upon email confirmation from the agent or landlord.
Routine Property Inspections
We will require all contact details for the tenants to set up appointments with the tenants 5 working days in advance of the inspection within our daily window of 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, all appointments are made to suit the schedule or working day of the tenants.

Move in Plus + and Routine Plus + are pre-approved price agreed services.
We also cover the following under ‘Supply & Fit’: Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, fire blankets, window restrictors, mattress protectors (mattress protectors supplied only with Move in Plus +).
